The city of Park Hills relies on the donations of its residents to fund community activities and special events. To obtain the necessary funds, the Park Hills Civic Association stages their annual Park Hills Civic Association Membership Dues Drive during the summer months. Community Volunteers will canvass the neighborhood asking their neighbors to make a contribution to this worthwhile organization. Annual single dues are $10, family dues are $20 and senior dues are $5. The funds from this drive go towards special community fun packed family events such as: the Hub Newsletter, Easter Egg Hunt, Garage Sale, Memorial Day Parade, Annual Picnic in Trolley Park, Golf Outing, Halloween Party at the Police and Fire Department, Breakfast with Santa, and Christmas in the Park. Additional funds go toward the purchase and maintenance of playground equipment, decorative street signs, welcome baskets for new residents and other items that improve the quality of life in Park Hills.
