Park Hills Civic Association
Objectives
The primary purpose and objective of the Civic Association is to improve and promote civic and recreational interest to Park Hills residents.
The PHCA is a group of dues paying residents who live in Park Hills. The Association holds monthly meetings, publishes an online newsletter, and sponsors various social events during the year.
Membership
Membership shall consist of any reputable individual resident owning, renting or operating a businesses located in the City of Park Hills or the unincorporated territories of the Park Hills; provided they are over 18 years of age.
